【摘要】 老龄化的发展浪潮促使养老社区这个新兴产物诞生,为满足老年人的养老需求政府和开发商都在积极开发建设养老社区.以京津周边典型养老社区调查为研究目标,运用资料收集法、现场踏勘法及综合分析法进行实态调研,从社区的选址与规模、规划布局、养老建筑、室外环境几方面归纳总结其特点,为今后养老社区规划建设提供设计原则与建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the aging population promotes the emergence of pension community,which is a new product of society.In order to meet the needs of the elderly people,the government and real-estate developers are actively developing and constructing old-age communities.Taking typical retirement communities around Beijing and Tianjin as the research object,the real state investigation is made by using the methods of data collection,field investigation and comprehensive analysis.From such aspects as location and scale,layout,building,outdoor environment,the communities’ characteristics are summarized,which provides design principles and suggestions for future planning and construction of community endowment.更多还原
