【摘要】 高校通过开展生源基地建设工程,吸引优质生源,以提高自身的人才培养质量。做好生源基地的建设与维护工作,需要高校结合自身发展实际,科学、合理地制定生源基地建设布局,选择符合自身层次定位的中学开展生源基地建设工作。在已建生源基地中,高校要深入中学,开展形式多样的沟通与交流活动,只有认真践行生源基地协议职责,切实将维护工作落到实处,才能真正惠及双方,实现生源基地建设工程的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colleges and universities attract high quality students to improve their talent cultivation quality through development of students source base construction projects. To complete the construction and maintenance work of students source base,colleges and universities need to scientifically and rationallly formulate students source base construction layout according to their own development,and choose middle school with suitable positional level to carry out students base construction work. In the existing students source base,colleges and universities should go deep to secondary school and carry out various forms of communication and exchange activities.
