In this paper,the recent progress on synthesis methods of enamines was reviewed,including condensation method of amines with ketones or aldehydes,transition metal-catalyzed coupling reaction method,reduction method of ketoximes or amides and addition reaction method of alkyne or nitrile.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis method were introduced,which provided a significant guidance for the choice of synthesis methods of enamines.
