一种新型酰胺多胺类沥青乳化剂的合成及其应用
Synthesis and application of new multi-amine asphalt emulsifier
【摘要】 以硬脂酸,四乙烯五胺和甲醛为原料,制备了一种新型酰胺多胺类沥青乳化剂.对乳化剂的结构进行了红外表征,通过乳化法测得产物的值为12,符合沥青乳化剂值的要求.所制备的乳化剂在pH值3~7的范围内具有良好的乳化能力;破乳速度和快凝型阳离子乳化沥青试验结果表明该乳化剂为慢裂快凝型,由该乳化剂所制备的乳化沥青的初凝时间受pH值的影响,随pH值的降低初凝时间缩短;通过对破乳后沥青的软化点、针入度和延度的测试,乳化剂对基质沥青的影响不大.
【Abstract】 A new amide with multi-amine asphalt emulsifier was synthesized by the reaction of tetraethylenepentamine firstly with formaldehyde, and then with stearic acid. The emulsification test result shows that emulisifier had a good performance when pH changed from 3 ~ 7. Demulsification speed and fast-setting cationic emulsified asphalt tests show that the emulsifier belonged to slow crack fast-setting type, and the initial setting time of emulsified asphalt could be adjusted; the initial setting time is shortened by the decreasing pH value. Test results of softening point, penetration and ductility of the demulsification asphalt show that emulsifier has little effect on the performance of matrix asphalt.
