基于CATIA的坝体施工单元模型构建研究

【摘要】 大坝工程因建设条件复杂,结构体形各异,而施工单元体形复杂,随施工方案动态变化,数据处理工作量大。为提高坝体施工单元模型准确性及处理效率,提出了基于CATIA三维模型快速剖切技术的坝体施工单元构建方法。在坝体施工单元分析的基础上、选择模型剖切技术、开发平台和模型编码,结合图形学算法利用CAA接口在VBA AUTOMATION环境下实现模型剖切及施工单元构建,且能够获取施工单元空间属性并依据施工期数据管理需求动态更新,为复杂水工结构施工单元剖切、空间属性分析与应用提供了快速便捷的工具。成果在多个工程中应用,具有良好的通用性。

【Abstract】 Due to the complicated construction conditions and different structure forms of dams,the construction units of dams are also of great complicity and dynamic variation with construction schemes,which leads to a heavy data processing workload. In order to enhance the accuracy and processing efficiency,a novel method for the development of the construction unit model based on the fast sectioning technique of CATIA is proposed. After the analysis of the construction units,the model sectioning technique,development platform and model coding are selected. Then,the model sectioning and unit development are realized in the VBA Automation environment with the CAA interface and graphics algorithms. The spatial properties of each unit can be obtained and updated dynamically according to the management requirement during the construction period. The proposed method is a fast and convenient tool for the dam construction management,and is successfully applied in several projects.
