【摘要】 综合保税区是建立自由贸易区的雏形,其发展方向的构想众多。武汉综合保税区吸引跨国产业链有利于发挥地理及政策优势,加快我国内陆最大自贸区的建设。基于对武汉综合保税区发展现状的分析,从国际投资角度,研究了其积极效应和制约因素,最后提出大力招商引资,构建"武汉自贸区"的对策,旨在促进内陆经济贸易体制改革,构建新型国际投资产业链。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is evident that comprehensive bonded zone is the embryonic form of free trade area.The direction of its development is diversified.Wuhan comprehensive bonded zone attracts multinational industry chain and is beneficial to exert its geographical and policy advantages.Meanwhile,it can accelerate the inland free trade area construction.Based on the analysis of Wuhan comprehensive bonded area,the paper researches on its positive effects and constraints under the perspective of international investment.Finally,it proposes suggestion for carrying out the policy of attracting foreign businesses and investment and building Wuhan free trade area.Surely,the purpose is to enhance the reform in inland economic and trade system.Therefore,it is essential to build a new form of international investment industrial chain.更多还原
