TC4钛合金激光扫描焊接工艺参数对气孔的影响

【摘要】 为了解决激光焊钛合金气孔问题,将激光扫描技术应用于钛合金焊接,光束扫描方式采用圆形轨迹。结果表明,扫描频率和扫描半径都对气孔的产生有重要影响。当扫描半径大于0.5 mm,扫描频率在20~60 Hz范围内时,能将气孔率控制在0.5%以下。随着离焦量的增加气孔率呈下降趋势,为了在保证较大熔深的情况下获得气孔率低的焊缝,激光扫描焊接离焦量应选在-3~+6 mm之间。与常规激光焊相比,在相同功率或相近熔深下激光扫描焊接都能有效地抑制气孔。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of porosity in laser beam welding of titanium alloy,laser beam oscillation technology with circular trace was applied. The results showed that the oscillation frequency and radius have important influence on the porosity,which can be controlled within 0. 5% when the oscillating radius is larger than 0. 5mm and oscillating frequency is from 20 to 60 Hz. With the increase of defocused distance,the porosity decreases,but in order to obtain the weld with low porosity and large penetration depth,defocused distance should be selected in the- 3 mm to + 6 mm. Compared with conventional laser beam welding,the laser beam oscillation welding can effectively restrain the porosity at the same power or similar penetration depth.
