【摘要】 目的建立血液保存液中DEHP含量的气相色谱质谱测定方法。方法样品经正已烷萃取,以气相色谱质谱选择149碎片离子进行定性定量分析。结果 DEHP定量分析在0.1⁸mg·L^-1呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9976,检出限为0.01mg·L^-1。结论该方法适合血液保存液中DEHP的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determining DEHP concentration in Blood preservation solution using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. METHODS The sample was homogenized and extracted by hexane,lonfragments of 149 were selected for qualitative and quantitative analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. RESULTS Good linearities were shown in 0. 1 8mg·L^-1with the relative coefficients of 0. 9976. The limit of detection was 0. 01mg·L^-1.
