【摘要】 目的探讨抗病毒治疗对艾滋病感染者CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年6月期间中山市疾病预防控制中心确诊的92例艾滋病患者,均接受高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗,记录治疗前及治疗3个月、6个月时患者血CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数的变化,分析影响CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数增加量的相关因素。结果 HAART治疗3个月后,患者血CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数出现上升者占88.04%;治疗6个月后,所有患者CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数均有不同程度的上升,CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数增加量在年龄<40岁、治疗前CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数≥200、BMI≥23及无药物漏服的患者中明显高于年龄≥40岁、治疗前CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数<200、BMI<23及有药物漏服者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高效抗逆转录病毒疗法可显著增加艾滋病患者外周血CD4~+T淋巴细胞计数,其疗效与年龄、治疗时机、BMI及用药依从性有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of antiviral therapy on CD4~+T lymphocyte count and its related factors in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) patients. Methods Ninety-two AIDS patients diagnosed in Zhongshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2014 to June 2015 treated by anti-retroviral therapy(HAART) were studied. Before treatment and three and six months after treatment, changes of CD4~+T lymphocyte counts were recorded. The related factors of CD4~+T lymphocyte count increase were analyzed. Results After 3 months of HAART treatment, the proportion of patients with increased CD4~+T lymphocyte count was 88.04%. After 6 months of treatment, CD4~+T lymphocyte count in all patients had varying degrees of increase. The increase in patients with age<40 years, CD4~+T lymphocyte count≥200 before treatment, BMI≥23 and no medication mistakes was more significant than that of the patients with age≥40 years, CD4~+T lymphocyte count<200 before treatment, BMI<23 and medication mistakes(P<0.05). Conclusion HAART can significantly increase the CD4~+T lymphocyte count in AIDS patients, and the therapeutic effect is related to age, timing of treatment, BMI and medication compliance.更多还原
