【摘要】 目的测量中国成年人活体小肠长度,探讨性别、身高、体质量、体质量指数与小肠长度是否具有的相关性。方法测量2012年1月至2015年6月在我院行开腹手术的318例无肠切除史患者的身高、体重及小肠长度体质量及小肠长度(测量小肠长度时间控制在50 s内)。结果中国成年人活体小肠平均长度526.3 cm,男性比女性长(541.5 cm vs 497.4 cm,P=0.002);身高与小肠长度相关(相关系数r=0.14,P=0.04);体重、体重指数与小肠长度无相关性(r分别为0.015、0.061,P>0.05)。结论成年人活体小肠长度平均为526.3 cm,,与文献记载的小肠长度为6 m左右有较大差异,小肠长度与其性别及身高相关,与体质量、体质量指数无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the correlation of small intestinal length with gender, height, weight, body mass index by measuring the living small intestinal length of Chinese adults. Methods The height, weight, small intestinal length of 318 patients without history of intestinal resection, who underwent laparotomy in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015, were measured(measuring time of intestinal length was controlled in 50 seconds). Results The average length of the small intestine in Chinese adult was 526.3 cm. The average length of the small intestine in male(541.5 cm) was significantly longer than that in females(497.4 cm), P=0.002. Height was correlated to length of the small intestine with the correlation coefficient r=0.14, P=0.04; There was no correlation between length of the small intestine and weight, body mass index(r=0.015, 0.061, P>0.05). Conclusion The average length of the small intestine is526.3 cm, which is quite different from 6 m that recorded in the literature. Small intestine length is correlated to gender,height, which has correlation with weight and body mass index.更多还原
