【摘要】 目的研究香虎清妇炎颗粒(XHQFYKL)对子宫肌瘤的治疗作用,探讨其部分作用机理,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法给大鼠肌注雌激素及孕激素造成子宫肌瘤模型,观察XHQFYKL对大鼠子宫肌瘤的病理增生、肌瘤组织中孕激素受体(PR)和雌激素受体(ER)表达的影响,从而探讨XHQFYKL治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机制。结果 XHQFYKL有调节卵巢激素的作用,并可抑制子宫平滑肌的增生,能显著减少肌瘤组织中ER、PR的含量。结论 XHQFYKL可通过调节卵巢激素治疗子宫肌瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the fragrant tiger clear therapeutic effect of Fuyan particles(XHQFYKL)on uterine myoma and to explore the action mechanism and for its clinical application to provide experimental basis.Methods Rats intramuscular injection of estrogen and progesterone caused by uterine myoma model to observe XHQFYKL on rat uterine smooth muscle tumor pathological proliferation,leiomyoma progesterone receptor(PR),the effect of expression of estrogen receptor(ER),so as to explore the mechanism of treatment of uterine fibroids XHQFYKL.Results XHQFYKL there was the role of regulation of ovarian hormones,and can inhibit the proliferation of uterine smooth muscle,can significantly reduce the amount of PR,ER in the uterine leiomyoma tissue.Conclusion XHQFYKL can regulate ovarian hormone treatment of uterine fibroids.更多还原
