【摘要】 目的:探讨复方中药对西药根除幽门螺杆菌的促进作用。方法:选择伴有幽门螺杆感染的胃溃疡患者104例,分为对照组(52例)与实验组(52例)。对照组患者使用阿莫西林、克拉霉素和奥美拉唑三联药物治疗,实验组患者在三联西药治疗的基础上同时服用本院的复方中药汤剂联合治疗。2个月后,评价两组患者幽门螺杆菌的根除率、生活质量改善情况、治疗不良反应及安全性。结果:对照组患者幽门螺杆菌的根除率为66.7%(ITT)和70.8%(PP),实验组患者幽门螺杆菌的根除率为87.5%(ITT)和93.8%(PP)。两组患者幽门螺杆菌的根除率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),通过SF-36评分表显示两组治疗后对患者生活质量各方面评分明显升高,且实验组患者身体疼痛评分增加与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外实验组相比对照组不良反应的发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:复方中药汤剂联合疗法能够提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,对患者生活质量改善明显,且可以降低不良反应发生率,有更好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate whether compound herbal Chinese medicine can promote eradication of Helicobacter pylori. Methods: A total of 104 gastric ulcer patients infected with H. pylori were included and divided into the control group( n = 52) and study group( 52 cases). The control patients received triple-drug therapy with amoxicillin,clarithromycin and omeprazole; in addition to these,the patients in the study group received decoction of compound herbal Chinese medicine. Two months later,the two groups were evaluated for H.pylori eradication rate,quality of life,treatment-related side effects and safety. Results: H. pylori eradication in the control group was 66. 7%( ITT) and 70. 8%( PP),versus 87. 5%( ITT) and 93. 8%( PP) in the study group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05). According to the SF-36 scale,the both groups showed significantly increased domain scores in quality of life after treatment; moreover,greater increase in physical pain scores was seen in patients of the study group compared with those in the control group.The study group showed remarkably less adverse reactions than the control group. Conclusion: Compound decoction of herbal Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional therapy can significantly improve H,pylori eradication and quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,and therefore offer better therapeutic effects.更多还原
