高峰值功率中红外2.8μm脉冲光纤激光器
High Peak Power Mid-infrared 2.8 μm Pulsed Fiber Laser
【摘要】 采用中心波长为975nm半导体激光器泵浦高掺铒氟化物双包层光纤Er∶ZBLAN,并在谐振腔内插入主动调Q元件,获得了工作频率为1~10kHz的2.8μm激光主动调Q脉冲输出.在工作频率为10kHz条件下,获得了最大单脉冲能量为134.5μJ、脉宽为127.3ns、峰值功率为1.1kW的脉冲输出.
【Abstract】 A high peak power actively Q-switched mid-infrared fiber laser at 2.8μm was demonstrated with a repetition rate of 110kHz by employing a 975 nm laser-diode to pump apiece of heavily Er3+-doped ZBLAN double-clad fiber and a mechanical chopper into the cavity as the Q-switch.Stable Q-switched laser pulse with a maximum pulse energy of 134.5μJ,pulse duration of 127.3ns and peak power of 1.1kW was obtained at a repetition rate of 10 kHz under a proper pump power.
