糠醛废液净化及其对回用糖蜜酒精发酵的影响
Furfural Wastewater Purification and Recycling in Molasses Alcohol Fermentation
【摘要】 糠醛是重要的化工产品和原料,但糠醛生产过程中所产生的废液成分复杂,难以处理,给环境安全带来巨大挑战。本研究利用絮凝剂及阴离子交换树脂对糠醛废液进行处理,并将处理后的废液替代清水用于糖蜜酒精发酵过程。实验结果表明,经絮凝剂聚合氯化铝、D280树脂单独处理后的废液可以替代40%的糖蜜稀释用水,经聚合氯化铝及D280共同处理的废液回用率提高至50%。
【Abstract】 Furfural was a important chemical product and raw material, but furfural wastewater was difficult to be disposed due to its complicated components, which brought huge challenges for environment security. Flocculant and anion exchange resin were chosen in the present study to purify furfural wastewater and recycle to molasses alcohol fermentation process. The results indicated that treatment of furfural wastewater with aluminium polychlorid or D280, the recycling ratio of furfural wastewater reached to 40%. Besides, the combined action of the above-mentioned regents further increased recycling ratio to 50%.
