搅拌对氢氧化铝晶种分解率的影响

【摘要】 研究了高浓度高固含条件下搅拌强度对氢氧化铝晶种分解率的影响。在N_K175 g/L,固含800 g/L,a_k1.45,反应温度53℃,种分24 h工艺条件下的铝酸钠溶液晶种分解反应实验表明:在浆料循环流动条件下,提高搅拌强度,氢氧化铝晶种分解率没有随之明显提高;180天工业试验证明,降低搅拌强度对分解率无影响,可降低搅拌能耗。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the influence of stirring intensity of aluminium hydroxide crystal seed decomposition rate on high precipitation ratio and high solid content of were investigated. The experimental results show that precipitation ratio of seed decomposition from aluminium hydroxide will not obviously increase with the increased strength of stirrer under the following conditions: circulating and flowing of reaction liquid,caustic concentration175 g / L,solid content800 g / L,ak 1. 45,reaction temperature53 ℃ and reaction time24 h. The industrial test for 180 days proves that it has no effect on precipitation ratio of seed decomposition to reduce stirring intensity. Therefore,it can drop energy saving of stirrer.
