实践教学在研究生创新能力培养中的作用

【摘要】 理工类部分硕士研究生在基本实验能力、数据挖掘与分析能力、高级仪器使用能力、学术语言组织与写作能力、工程实践应用能力等方面较为欠缺,削弱了研究生创新能力的发挥。本文建议加大基础实验教学投入,提高学生基本实验能力;开放大型精密仪器并进行培训,增强学生仪器操作能力;将研究生纳入到科研项目申报团队中,提升其学术语言组织与写作能力;增加以工程背景为主的教师为研究生导师,全面提高研究生实践应用与创新能力。

【Abstract】 Some postgraduate students of science and engineering are lacking in the basic experiment ability,data mining and analysis abilities,the advanced instrument use ability,the academic language organization and the writing ability,the engineering practice application ability and so on,which weaken the innovation ability of the postgraduate students.How to increase the investment of basic experimental teaching and improve students’ basic experiment ability were proposed.Large-scale precision instruments training were put forward to enhance students’ ability to operate instruments.Graduate students were integrated into scientific research project application team to improve their academic language organization and writing abilities.The background of engineering teachers was increased as postgraduate tutors to comprehensively improve graduate students’ practical application and innovation abilities.
