盐雾条件下环氧富AZ91D镁合金粉涂层的耐蚀性能研究

【摘要】 将环氧富AZ91D镁合金粉涂料和环氧富Mg粉涂料分别刷涂于铝合金表面制备出防腐蚀涂层,并利用EIS,盐雾实验,SEM分析了两种涂层的耐蚀性以及微观组织。研究结果表明,环氧富AZ91D涂层的耐蚀性能好于环氧富Mg涂层,环氧富AZ91D涂层中的颜料生成致密腐蚀产物填充到镁合金颗粒与环氧树脂界面的微孔,切断腐蚀介质渗透到基体,提高涂层的耐蚀性。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of anti-corrosive coating were prepared by manual brushing a AZ91D-rich epoxy paint and a Mg-rich epoxy paint on aluminum alloy panels respectively,the corrosion resistance and microstructures were investigated by EIS,salt fog tests and SEM. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the AZ91 D rich paint for aluminum alloy was much better than that of the Mg-rich paint. Corrosion resistance of the AZ91 D rich paint coating was enhanced because of the formation of dense corrosion products,which may block micro-pores between magnesium alloy particles and epoxy resin interface,cut off the corrosive medium penetration into the matrix.
