反相悬浮法制备聚丙烯酸盐高吸水树脂的研究

【摘要】 采用反相悬浮聚合法制备聚丙酸盐高吸水树脂,探讨不同因素对高吸水树脂性能的影响,研究结果表明当混合表面活性剂质量比为1.5∶1.0及用量为单体量的5.0wt%,油水比为3∶1,丙烯酸中和度为72.0%时,得到的高吸水性树脂的吸水率和吸盐水率分别为495 g/g和68 g/g。电镜照片显示合成的高吸水性树脂为葡萄状的颗粒且有大小不同的小球黏结起来,使其具有大的比表面积,且表面比较粗糙,从而提高吸水树脂的吸液性能。

【Abstract】 Polyacrylate salt superabsorbent resin( SAP) was fabricated through inverse-suspension polymerization and the various factors influencing absorbing liquid properties of SAP were studied. The results demonstrated that the optimal reaction condition was as follows: the mass ratio of blended surfactants was 1. 5 ∶1. 0 and the amount of blend surfactants added to the system was 5% of acrylic acid mass. The ratio of oil and water was 3 ∶1. The neutralization degree of acrylic acid was 72%. The water absorption rate and the salt water absorption rate of SAP could reach 495 g / g and 68 g / g,respectively. Scanning electron microscope( SEM) indicated that the morphology of SAP was botryoidalis particles,and these particles were made of bobbles of varying sizes bonded with together so as to possess high specific surface area. Moreover,particles appeared relatively rough surface. Therefore,it could be beneficial to increasing absorbing liquid properties of superabsorbent resin.
