充液圆筒形容器薄膜应力计算方法教与学探讨
Study on the Teaching and Learning Method about Membrane Stress Calculation on A Cylindrical Container Full of Liquid
【摘要】 微体平衡方程和区域平衡方程是求解薄壁容器薄膜应力的两个重要方程,然而在充液容器中,由于液体压力随液体深度呈线性变化,容器中薄膜应力的计算不能直接套用公式。本文通过具体例题的多角度的分析讲解并与学生进行深入的探讨,以加深学生对经向薄膜应力产生的本质的理解,培养学生的创新思维与联想能力,提高学生运用抽象数学知识解决工程实际问题的能力。
【Abstract】 Micro balance equation and regional balance equation are two important equations for membrane stress calculation on thin-walled container. However,the membrane stress of thin-walled container full of liquid can not be calculated by directly applying two equations,due to that the fluid pressure with liquid depth has a linear change. A specific example was analyzed and discussed with students to make students deeply understand the nature of meridian membrane stress,cultivate students’ innovative thinking and imagination ability,and improve students’ ability to solve engineering problems with abstract mathematic knowledge.
