氨基甲酸甲酯与醛类反应条件的优化研究
Process Optimization of Carbamates and Aldehyedes for Condensation Reaction
【摘要】 通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱都可以证明氨基甲酸甲酯与醛类在酸性催化剂下发生了缩合反应,生成了具有聚氨酯结构的化合物。研究了反应物氨基甲酸酯与甲醛配比、反应时间、反应物种类和溶剂种类对转化率的影响。并得到在最佳反应条件即氨基甲酸酯与甲醛比3∶1,催化剂用量2wt%,反应时间为5 h,反应温度50℃,溶剂为四氯化碳下,酯化转化率为81.27%。
【Abstract】 The condensation of carbamate with aldehydes was studied under the acid catalyst. The products with the ammonia ester bonds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of carbamate and aldehyde molar ratio,reaction time,kinds of reactants and the solvents on the yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions of carbamate and aldehyde molar ratio of 3∶1,the catalyst amount of 2wt%,reaction time of 5 h,reaction temperature of 50 ℃ were obtained and the experimental yield was 81. 27%.
