应用型人才培养的高分子化学实验改革实践
Reform and Practice of Polymer Experiment Teaching for the Cultivation of Applied Talents
【摘要】 高分子实验是培养高分子创新性应用型人才重要的实践教学环节,通过教学方法改革,整合实验内容,改进教学方式,增加实验的趣味性和应用性,变验证性实验为探索性、开放性综合实验性,改进成绩评定方法,激发学生实验的积极性和创造性,提高学生的创新能力和实践能力。实验改革在创新性应用型人才的培养方面发挥了巨大作用,学生综合运用知识的能力有了较大的提高。
【Abstract】 Polymer experiment is an important practical teaching step to cultivate innovative polymer applied talents.Through reform on teaching methods,integration of experimental content,improvement of teaching styles via increasing interesting and application,converting validation experiments to exploring and opening comprehensive one,and optimizing performance evaluation method,the enthusiasm and creativity of students were stimulated,which improved the creative and practical abilities. Experimental reform played a significant role in developing innovative applied talents,students’ comprehensive ability to use knowledge was greatly improved.
