【摘要】 大型仪器共享平台在科学研究和研究生教育中发挥着重要作用,本文详细介绍了河南大学在仪器共享平台建设中的具体做法和服务的典型案例。一方面在分析仪器共享平台建设背景、建设目标的前提下,提出建设院级公共服务平台的必要性。另一方面思考并提出应当推动制定激励政策和完善实验室人员培训工作,提高仪器共享平台的服务质量。河南大学的大型仪器共享平台建设对于地方普通高校提高研究生教育资源共享服务有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the perspective of the instrument sharing platform(ISP) organization,the experiences in Henan University were introduced to provide cases for other high school.On the one hand,on the analysis of the background of ISP establishment,college supported ISP was demonstrated effectively.On the other hand,the laboratory staff had to be encouraged to improve professional learning,as well as the quality of service.The experience of ISP in Henan University,which provided high quality service for scientific research,had significance for improving graduate student education in higher school.更多还原
