我国锂资源开发的生产工艺现状

【摘要】 介绍了我国锂资源的概况,开发现状;根据我国锂资源开发的特点,详细阐述了生产碳酸锂的生产工艺,重点讨论了目前卤水提锂试运行的四种工艺,比较了其优缺点,提出了改进方向;探讨了工业化发展中存在的问题,提出了今后研究开发的方向,尖晶石型锰系列吸附剂因具有吸附容量大,吸附解析快,运行成本低,操作方便,适合所有体系等优点是优先发展方向。

【Abstract】 The general situation of lithium resources and development in China were introduced.According to the characteristics of lithium resources development,production processes of carbonate lithium were described in detail and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.Four kinds of technology of extracting lithium from brine at present were discussed.The problems existing in the development of industrialization were also discussed and the direction of research and development in the future was put forward.Spinel type manganese series adsorbent was a priority direction of development because it had the advantages of large adsorption capacity,fast adsorption analysis,low running cost,convenient operation and suitable for all systems.
