镧掺杂氧化镍超级电容器的制备与其性能研究
Preparation and Performance Study of Lanthanum-doped Nickel Oxide for Supercapaciotr
【摘要】 应用溶胶凝胶法得到了掺La的Ni(OH)2前驱物,通过干燥和热处理过程制备了镧掺杂的氧化镍电极材料。用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对掺镧的氧化镍电极进行了表面形貌和结构的表征,用电化学工作站研究了电极材料的电化学性能。当镧掺杂量为3%时,在5 mV/s的扫描速度下,电极材料的比容量为145 F/g。
【Abstract】 The precursor of lanthanum doped nickel hydroxide was prepared by sol-gel method,and then La doped nickel oxide electrode materials were prepared by heat treatment. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scan electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology. The electrochemical properties were investigated utilizing electrochemical workstation. When the doping content of La was 3%,the specific capacitance of the electrode materials was 145 F/g at the scan rate of 5 m V/s.
