【摘要】 循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心,以"减量化、再利用、再循环"为原则,以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征,符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式。本文以冶钢集团对重矿渣的处理和利用为例,说明冶钢集团重矿渣的特点、及终产废物的利用,尝试性地从循环经济学角度对重矿渣的资源化策略提出了新的建议,并对其可行性、开发利用策略进行了初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Circular economy is a kind of efficient utilization of resources and recycling as the core,with "reduction,reuse,recycle" principle,with low consumption,low emissions,high efficiency for basic characteristic,conforms to the concept of sustainable development mode of economic growth. Based on metallurgical steel group,taking the processing and use of heavy slag as an example,the characteristics of metallurgical steel group’ s heavy slag were explained,and waste utilization was eventually produced,a new proposal of tentatively heavy slag utilization strategy from the angle of circular economics was put forward, and its feasibility, development and utilization strategy were carried on the preliminary discussion.更多还原
