美头火绒草挥发油化学成分及抗菌活性研究

【摘要】 通过GC/MS法对水蒸气蒸馏法提取的美头火绒草挥发油的成分和抗菌活性进行研究,采用峰面积归一法对化合物的相对含量进行确定。研究表明,从美头火绒草挥发油中共鉴定出44种化合物,占挥发油总量的83.24%,主要以烯烃类(18.32%)、酮类(11.06%)、醇类(22.56%)、酸类(14.87%)等化合物为主,以革兰氏阴性和阳性细菌为试验菌种,采用抑菌圈法对美头火绒草的挥发油抗菌活性进行研究。实验结果表明美头火绒草挥发油化学成分复杂但并无抗菌活性。

【Abstract】 The essential oil from Leonfopodium calocephalum was obtained by water vapor distillation and its chemical composition was analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC- MS). The peak area normalization method of compound relative content was determined. Research showed that 44 compounds representing 83. 24% of the essential oil were identified,mainly olefin( 18. 32%),ketone( 11. 06%),alcohols( 22. 56%),acids( 14. 78%), and other compounds. Meanwhile,antimicrobial activity of the essential oil was tested using gram negative bacteria and gram positive bacteria and using the bacteriostatic circle method. The experimental results showed that the essential oil chemical compounds were complex but had no antimicrobial activity.
