铝业废渣赤泥对水中磷的去除性能研究

【摘要】 赤泥是制铝工业生产过程中的一种常见固体废物。本实验基于"以废治废"的理念,将赤泥作为原料用于污水中磷的去除,重点研究了赤泥种类、活化温度以及不同环境条件对除磷特性的影响。实验结果表明,800℃活化的烧结法赤泥具有较好的除磷效果,并且样品在较广泛的p H条件下都具有良好适应性。本研究将为赤泥等固体废物的综合利用提供新的技术途径,为固体废物在环境修复领域中实际应用提供必要的基础性科学依据。

【Abstract】 Red mud is a common solid waste produced during alumina industry.The experiment was based on the concept of " using waste to treat waste ",which used red mud as the main raw material to remove phosphate from wastewater,and the influences of sintering temperature and environmental conditions on phosphate removal property were discussed in details.The results suggested that red mud activated at 800 ℃ performed better on phosphate removal,and the material adapted well at a wide p H range.This study will provide new techniques and methods for the comprehensive utilization of red mud and other solid waste,which will also provide a necessary foundation on the scientific basis for the practical application of solid waste in the area of environmental restoration.
