《过程控制及应用》课程的教学研究与探讨
Study on the Course Teaching of Contro Techniqle and Apply of Process Equipment
【摘要】 《过程控制及应用》为过程装备与控制工程专业本科生的必修专业主干课,以培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质专门人才为总目标,旨在培养学生分析和解决自动控制系统问题的基本能力。在课程的教学过程中,对于精度等级、数字仪表分辨率、热电偶冷端温度补偿、比例度、控制规律等几个教学难点进行研究,通过改变思考角度和做图举例的方法,变难为易,教学效果得到明显提高。
【Abstract】 The course of Control Technique and Apply of Process Equipment is one major compulsory course of Process Equipment and Control Engineering major. The general objective is to produce professional personnel with creative ability and practical skill. The course carries the task of nurturing students’ basic abilities of analyzing and solving the problem of automatic control system. Some difficult points such as accuracy class,digital instrument resolution,thermocouple cold end temperature compensation,proportional band and control law,etc.,in teaching the course of Control Technique and Apply of Process Equipment was investigated. By the method of changing the explaining point and making a graph,the questions became easier to be understood. The teaching effect was obviously improved.
