【摘要】 比较武陵片区8种新鲜水果的醇提取物的抗氧化活性。采用DPPH法对武陵片区8种新鲜水果醇提取物抗氧化活性的比较。DPPH法测量的结果:这8种水果醇提取物抗氧化活性由强到弱依次是红枣、野葡萄、柑橘,柚子、柿子、猕猴桃、八月瓜、雪莲果。这8种水果都具有较强抗氧化作用,其有效成分值得进一步开发研究,并为以后的水果抗氧化研究提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The DPPH method were used to compare the antioxidant activity of alcohol extracts from eight kinds of fruit in Wulingshan region. Results showed that the antioxidant activity of the eight kinds of fruit of alcohol extracts from strong to weak was in turns as follows: red dates, wild grape, citrus,shaddock, persimmon, kiwifruit, stauntonia latifolia,yacon. All the eight kinds of fruit had stronger antioxidant effect,the effective ingredient was worth further development and research,and reference for the later research on fruit antioxidant activity was provided.更多还原
