【Abstract】 Strengthening the college cultural construction plays an important role to improve the level of education and enhance the cultural connotation and comprehensive power. The overall level of the college education can be enhanced through the teaching and academic research. Teachers and students of physical and mental health can be encouraged through special characteristics of cultural activities. A rich cultural atmosphere can be created by strengthening the environmental construction of the college. The construction of the system culture can be strengthened by scientific management.
