【摘要】 目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗Mason Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性研究我科2011年7月至2015年6月治疗的桡骨头患者,其中31例患者采用微型螺钉(23例)和钢板(8例)切开复位内固定治疗,同时进行疗效评估和分析。结果 31例患者随访5~24个月,平均13.1个月。按照Meraizea等的肘关节功能后期标准评定:良好19例,较好8例,一般4例,不良0例,良好及较好比例为87.1%。结论切开复位螺钉或钢板内固定治疗桡骨头Mason Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折均可获得满意的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of open reduction and internal fixation of Mason Ⅱ and Ⅲ radial head fractures. Methods From January July 2011 to June 2015, 31 patients with radial head fractures were chosen, including nail group( 23 cases) and locking-plate group(8 cases). Outcomes were evaluated and analyzed. Results Thirty-one patients were followed up for 5- 24 months, with an average of 13.1 months. According to the Meraizea Elbow Function standard, 27 cases were good with the proportion of 87.1%, and 4 cases were normal. Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation of Mason Ⅱ and Ⅲ radial head fractures with nail or locking-plate can get good outcomes.更多还原
