【摘要】 目的通过调查北京市骨科医护人员对骨科康复知识和技能的知信行情况和需求度,为卫生决策部门提供数据支持。方法采用多中心登记注册现况研究。抽取北京地区9家三甲医院骨科医护人员436位,采用自行设计的问卷对康复知识和技能掌握情况和培训需求等方面进行调查。结果骨科医护人员中,90.68%的人员接受了康复相关知识和技能的培训,尚有近10%的骨科医护人员未接受相关培训;对康复知识和技能培训的需求度为93.04%;63.15%的骨科医护人员对目前骨科患者术后康复效果满意,而36.85%不满意。77.80%的骨科医护人员认为我国骨科手术患者术后康复系统不完善。79.31%的骨科医护人员会为患者制订个体康复方案,20.69%的骨科医护人员未为患者制订个体康复方案;在受调查医务人员中,认为骨科与康复科建立良好合作临床路径的占51.97%,另有21.81%认为建立了临床路径但合作不好,尚有26.22%认为未建立骨科与康复科合作的临床路径。结论有必要加强医护人员在康复知识和康复技能方面的继续培训制度,特别需要完善骨科医护人员的培训体系。有必要制定骨科患者术后康复训练指南,制定可行的骨科患者术后康复临床路径,指导医护人员进行合理的康复决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the understanding, attitude and practice of rehabilitation among medical staff in the department of orthopedics, providing supporting data for health decision-making department. Methods Nine centers( 436 staff) were included in this registration study. All medical staff in 9 hospitals in Beijing were selected. Questionnaire was used to investigate the understanding, skills, training needs, etc. Results 90.68% of doctors and nurses received orthopedic rehabilitation training and nearly 10% did not receive any training. 93.04% of doctors and nurses were in need of advanced training on orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge and skills. 63.15% of the medical staff were satisfied with the postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation effects while 36.85% not. 77.80% medical staff thought the orthopedic rehabilitation system had faultiness. 20.69% orthopedics medical staff didn’t make individualized rehabilitation plan for patients. The proportions of the establishment of good, poor or no clinical pathway between orthopaedics surgeons and rehabilitation staff were 51.97%, 21.81% and 26.22%, respectively. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the inservice training on the knowledge and skills of orthopaedic rehabilitation, particularly to improve the training system. It is significant to develop guidelines for postoperative rehabilitation after the orthopaedic surgery.更多还原
