【摘要】 目的:观察清热止带浸膏对苯酚胶浆所致大鼠慢性盆腔炎动物模型的影响,探究该方清热止带、化瘀、抗炎的作用,为阐释其临床疗效提供实验依据。方法:采用苯酚胶浆致大鼠慢性盆腔炎动物模型,造模1d后大鼠按照剂量给予清热止带浸膏灌胃,持续给药21d后检测大鼠子宫通畅率、血液流变学、子宫组织病理学等指标。结果:清热止带浸膏可显著降低实验大鼠血液黏稠度、改善血液流变学各项指标,增加子宫通畅率,改善子宫病理状态。结论:清热止带浸膏对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠有一定治疗作用,其作用机制可能与解热、改善血瘀、抗炎有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of Qingre Zhidai extract on animal model of rats with chronic pelvic inflammation induced by phenol plasmagel and explore the roles of clearing heat and arresting leucorrhea,removing blood stasis and anti-inflammatory of this prescription so as to provide experimental basis to illustrate the clinical curative effect. Methods: The animal model of rats with chronic pelvic inflammation of induced by phenol plasmagel was made. The rats were given medicine by oral administration according to the dosage after modeling 1 day and this treatment lasted for 21 days. Then the indicators of uterine patency rate,hemorheology,uterine histopathology were tested. Methods: Qingre Zhidai extract can significantly reduce the experimental rats’ blood hyperviscosity,improve hemorheology indicators,increase uterine patency rate and improve the pathological state of the uterus. Conclusions: Qingre Zhidai extract has a certain role in treating rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model. Its mechanism may be related to its antipyretic,blood-stasis improving and anti-inflammatory effects.更多还原
