高浓度煤气化废水处理技术研究进展
Progress in the treatment technologies of high-concentration coal gasification wastewater
【摘要】 煤气化废水是煤气化过程中产生的废水,具有污染物浓度高、有毒、难降解等水质特点。从高浓度煤气化废水处理工艺的物化预处理、生化处理和深度处理三个环节介绍了煤气化废水处理技术的研究现状,并着重分析各处理技术的优缺点和在应用中存在的问题。展望了煤气化废水处理技术的未来研究方向,即脱酚和蒸氨工艺的优化、膜生物反应器强化工艺及膜技术深度处理的进一步研究,为解决煤气化废水治理难题提供借鉴和参考。
【Abstract】 Coal gasification wastewater is produced in the process of coal gasification. Its water quality is characterized by having highly concentrated,toxic and non-degradable pollutants. The present status of the treatment technologies of coal gasification wastewater is introduced in three aspects,including the physico-chemical pretreatment,biochemical treatment and advaned treatment of highly concentrated coal gasficiation wastewater treatment technologies. The advantages and disadvantages of all the treatment technologies,and the problems existing in their applications are analyzed emphatically. Their future research directions,namely,further research on the optimization of dephenolization and ammonia distillation processes,membrane bioreactor strengthening technology,and advanced treatment of membrane technology,are looked forward,so as to provide references for solving the problems in coal gasification wastewater treatment.
