一种气膜冷却结构冷态实验研究
Cold Experimental Research on An Air Film Cooling Structure
【摘要】 根据相似理论近似模化原理,设计了气膜冷却结构冷态模型,测定了气膜冷却结构内的速度场和压力场,验证了该气膜冷却结构的合理性。研究结果表明,冷却空气流量恒定时,沿轴向气膜冷却结构中心轴线上的轴向速度逐渐增大;增大冷却空气流量,同一轴向位置速度和相对压力均增大;燃烧室内非回流区截面横向速度关于中心对称性较好,纵向速度的对称性较差。
【Abstract】 According to the principle of similarity t heory approximation modeling, the cold gas film cooling structure model was designed, the gas film cooling velocity field and pressure field within the structure were measured, and the rationality of the structure of the gas film cooling was verified. The results show that when the cooling air flow rate constant, the axial velocity on the central axis along the axial gas film cooling structure increased gradually. Increasing the cooling air flow rate, the same speed and axial position relative pressure increase. In the combustion chamber, the central symmetry of reflux section horizontal velocity is better, and the symmetry of longitudinal velocity is poorer.
