全程管理模式对2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响
Effects of the whole process management on the self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes
【摘要】 目的比较两种糖尿病健康教育模式,即医务人员全程管理模式和松散管理模式,对2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响。方法将2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(A组,即松散管理组)和试验组(B组,即全程管理组),分别纳入92例和100例患者。收集患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PPG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)等指标。患者在糖尿病专科护士指导下填写糖尿病自我效能评价表。结果与A组比较,试验后6个月时B组的Hb A1C和血糖更低、下降幅度更明显。与试验前比较,A、B两组试验后6个月患者自我效能均得到明显提高;与A组比较,B组提高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员全程管理的健康教育模式能提高2型糖尿病患者的自我效能。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of two health education models on self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)-the whole process management model and the loose management model. Methods Patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(group A,the loose management group) and the experimental group(group B,the whole process management group).92 patients in group A and 100 patients in group B were recruited. Biochemical indices,such as fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial glucose(PPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C) were measured in all patients. The questionnaires of self-efficacy were scored by patients with the guide of specialist nurses. Results Compared with group A,HbA1C and blood glucose in group B were dropped more obviously at 6 months after the test. Compared with before the test, self-management scores of the patients in two groups were improved significantly at 6 months after the test. And the above indexes in group B were increased more significantly than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The whole process of management taken by medical staffs can effectively improve the self-efficacy in T2DM.
