【摘要】 目的探讨急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法通过对我院2011~2015年收治的8例急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术治疗7例,5例痊愈出院,2例死亡。介入置管溶栓治疗1例,经治疗后病情继续加重,自动出院。结论急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的诊断应仔细询问病史,细致的体格检查,并及时行相应影像学检查,做到早期诊断,一经诊断后及时手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment method of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism in our hospital from 2011-2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 7 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism were received surgical operation,5 cases survived and 2 cases died.There was 1 case with interventional catheter thrombolysis,and due to aggravation of patient’s condition,spontaneous discharge.Conclusion The diagnosis of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism should carry on careful asking about the history,detailed physical examination and corresponding imaging examination in time.It should be early diagnosed,timely surgical treatment after diagnosis.更多还原
