【摘要】 目的研究标准化护理与优质护理在子宫肌瘤患者术后护理中的效果对比。方法以我院2013年1月~2016年1月子宫肌瘤患者420例为对象进行分组。标准组实施标准化护理,优质组实施优质护理。比较两组患者子宫肌瘤手术护理满意度;术后疼痛指数、下地活动时间、住院天数、依从性评分;护理前和护理后患者应激心理状况、生活质量评分的差异。结果优质组跟标准组比较,子宫肌瘤手术护理满意度更高(P<0.05);优质组相较于标准组术后疼痛指数更低,下地活动时间、住院天数更短,依从性评分更高(P<0.05);护理前两组应激心理状况、生活质量评分相似(P>0.05);护理后优质组相较于标准组应激心理状况、生活质量评分改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在子宫肌瘤患者术后护理中的效果优于标准化护理,可更好改善患者应激心理,提高术后康复依从性,缓解其疼痛感,缩短下地活动时间和住院时间,患者满意度高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of standardized nursing and high quality nursing in nursing care of patients with uterine myoma.Methods 420 cases of uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were divided into groups.Patients in standard group were given the implementation of standardized care,and patients in quality group were given the implementation of quality care.Uterine fibroids surgery nursing satisfaction,postoperative pain index,ambulation time,hospitalization time,compliance score difference,nursing before and after psychological stress status of patients,quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the standard group,uterine fibroids surgery nursing satisfaction was higher(P < 0.05),postoperative pain index was lower,and ambulation time,hospitalization time shorter,compliance were higher(P < 0.05).Before nursing,psychological stress status,quality of life score of the two groups were similar(P > 0.05).After nursing,psychological stress status,quality of life score of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing effect is better than the standard in nursing care of patients with hysteromyoma in nursing.It can improve patients’ psychological stress,improve postoperative rehabilitation compliance,relieve pain,and shorten ambulation time and hospitalization time.It has high patient satisfaction,and it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
