【摘要】 目的探讨Orem自理理论在全喉切除术后患者康复指导中的应用,以提高患者的自我护理能力更好地回归社会。方法对我科于2013年1月~2015年8月收治的36例喉癌患者,在全喉切除术后运用自理理论实施护理,包括心理康复指导、气管造瘘口护理、气道的护理、语言康复护理等护理措施。结果 36例患者掌握气管造瘘口护理,取、放、消毒气管套管,学会食管发音或电子喉发音进行交流,生活自理,定期复查。结论 Orem自理理论运用于全喉切除术后患者的康复指导,有利于患者的自理能力和生活质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of Orem’s self-care theory in recovery nursing of patients after totallaryngectomy, to improve self-care ability of patients, and better return to society. Methods The self-care theory was applicated in recovery nersing of 36 patients with totallaryngection in our ward from January 2013 to August 2015,including psychological nursing, tracheal stoma nursing, airway nursing, language rehabilitation training and so on. Results All the patients got to tracheal stoma nursing, took out and put in tracheal tube, learned to esophageal pronunciation or electronic larynx to communication, look after thire-self,check-up regularly. Conclusion Orem’s self-care theory as the recovery guide of patients with totallaryngection is beneficial to promote self-care ability of patients and quality of life.更多还原
