【摘要】 肠系膜上静脉血栓在临床上是少见疾病,诊治棘手。通过回顾我院2014年收治的2例肠系膜上静脉血栓的病例资料,分析其诊断、治疗的方法及预后,希望为临床诊治起到借鉴意义。经分析我们认为肠系膜上静脉血栓诊治的关键在于早期重视相关病史询问、及时行影像学检查,确诊后早期行抗凝、溶栓治疗。对合并肠坏死需手术,而又存在取栓困难病例,术中内置溶栓导管溶栓治疗也是一种可选择的治疗方式,但需进一步实践验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Superior mesenteric vein thrombosis was a rare disease in clinic, and it was a difficult problem in diagnosis and treatment. This article reviewed and analyzed 2 inpatients with superior mesenteric vein thrombosis in our hospital from 2014, in order to contribute to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Through the analysis, we pointed out that the key to the diagnosis and management of acute superior mesenteric vein thrombosis was to inquire systematically, to carry out imaging examination timely, and to apply the anticoagulation and thrombolysis at the early stage after diagnosis. Thrombectomy might be inappropriate in the treatment of superior mesenteric vein thrombosis. On the other hand, transcatheter thrombolysis in the operation might serve as a kind of treatment option, but the long term efficacy needed to be further verified.更多还原
