【摘要】 目的观察高乌甲素贴片在鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔炎疼痛患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8月~2015年9月收治的31例鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔炎疼痛患者,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组(15例)给予常规西药进行临床治疗,研究组(16例)在基础上给予高乌甲素贴片治疗。比较对照组和研究组的治疗效果。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者的总有效率更高(P<0.05);研究组相比于对照组,研究组患者的不良反应发生例数更少(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清CPR和TNF-α水平均明显升高,与同组治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清CPR和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用高乌甲素贴片对鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔炎疼痛进行治疗,可取得较好的治疗效果,缓解患者口腔黏膜炎症,减轻疼痛感,改善CPR和TNF-α水平,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and observe the effect of lappaconitine adhesive patch to radioactive stomatitis pain of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 31 cases of radioactive stomatitis pain of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma cured in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group according to computer allocation principle. 15 cases were divided into control group and treated with conventional Western medicine, and 16 cases were divided into study group and treated with lappaconitine adhesive patch on the basis of conventional Western medicine. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate of study group was higher(P< 0.05). Count of adverse reactions occurred of study group was less(P < 0.05). Serum CPR and levels of TNF-α of study group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Lappaconitine adhesive patch to radioactive stomatitis pain of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can achieve good therapeutic effect, relieve oral mucosa inflammation of patients, relieve the pain, and improve CPR and level of TNF-α.
