【摘要】 目的探究个体化护理对肺癌放疗患者的治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法本次试验对象为我院自2014年1月~2016年1月以来所收治的75例肺癌放疗患者,按照编号单双数方法将患者分为常规组和个体化组。常规组行常规放疗护理;个体化组在常规组基础上给予个体化护理。评价:(1)放疗效果;(2)护理前后生活质量;(3)放疗并发症发生率。结果 (1)个体化组患者放疗效果显著比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组护理前生活质量无显著差异,个体化组护理后生活质量显著比常规组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)个体化组放疗并发症发生率显著比常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理对肺癌放疗患者的治疗效果及生活质量的影响大,可有效提高放疗效果,减少放疗并发症,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing for therapeutic effect and quality of life of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy. Methods 75 cases of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy cured in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study object and divided into routine group and individual group according to the number of single and double method. Patients in routine group were treated with conventional radiotherapy nursing, and patients in individual group were treated with individualized nursing on the basis of conventional radiotherapy.Radiotherapy effect,quality of life before and after nursing, and complication rate of radiotherapy of the two groups were evaluated. Results(1)Radiotherapy effect of individual group was significantly higher than that of routine group, and the comparison was statistical significant(P < 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing. Quality of life after nursing of individual group was significantly better than that of routine group, and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Complication rate of radiotherapy of individual group was significantly lower than that of routine group, and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The influence of individualized nursing for therapeutic effect and quality of life of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy is large. It can effectively improve the effect of radiotherapy, reduce radiation complications, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of promoting.更多还原
