【摘要】 目的探讨实施行政干预措施对医院药品不良反应监测工作质量的影响,为探索建立规范有效的ADR监测报告机制和工作程序提供参考。方法回顾性分析比较我院实施行政干预措施前(2012年)、后(2013年)上报的药品不良反应监测报告及年度药品不良反应监测汇总分析报告。结果通过实施行政干预措施后医院药品不良反应监测报告工作在数量和质量上明显上升,ADR报告率增加了104%,ADR监测报告由药学人员转变到临床医师和护士为主体。结论实施行政干预措施对做好医院药品不良反应监测报告工作起到良好的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of administrative intervention on the quality of adverse drug reaction monitoring in hospital. And to provide reference for establishing a standardized and effective ADR monitoring reporting system and working procedure. Methods Adverse drug reaction monitoring report and summary analysis report of adverse drug reaction monitoring in the year were retrospectively analyzed and compared, which were reported before the implementation of administrative intervention in our hospital(2012) and after the implementation of administrative intervention in our hospital(2013). Results The quantity and quality of ADR monitoring and reporting were significantly increased after the implementation of administrative intervention measures. The ADR report had increased by 104%.The ADR monitoring and reporting personnel has transformed from pharmacy personnel to clinical physician and nurse. Conclusion The administrative intervention played an effective role in ADR monitoring and reporting in hospital.更多还原
