【摘要】 目的研究登革热急性发热期患者的部分实验室指标的变化规律,为其早期诊断以及后续治疗提供有效帮助。方法选择2014年9月~2015年11月,在龙华新区六所综合性医院收治的30例登革热急性发热期患者作为研究对象,将其作为观察组;取同时期30例体检正常的无登革热感染患者作为对照组。所有患者在入院后均进行血样采集,并进行血常规、生化以及凝血功能等实验室基本项目的检测,对比两组之间的差异。结果观察组患者与对照组中相比登革热患者的WBC及PLT明显减少,APTT、TT以及Fbg明显增加,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白以及球蛋白等具有显著的差异,登革热患者的TP、ALB、G以及ALB/G均明显小于健康者,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论登革热急性发热期患者的WBC、PLT、APTT、TT、Fbg血清总蛋白、白蛋白以及球蛋白等指标均具有显著的改变,其能够为该疾病患者的早期诊断以及治疗提供有效的数据支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the variations of laboratory indexes in patients with dengue fever in febrile phase, and provide valuable references for its early diagnosis and follow-up treatment. Methods 30 patients with dengue fever in febrile phase who were in the six general hospitals in Longhua district from September 2014 to November 2015 were selected as observation group, 30 healthy individuals without dengue fever during the same period were selected as control group. Blood specimens of the two groups were collected and basic laboratory tests, including routine blood tests, biochemical tests, and coagulation function tests were carried out, then the results were compared. Results In the observation group, the WBC and PLT were obviously lower, while the APTT, TT, and Fbg were obviously longer or higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the total serum protein, albumin, and globulin between the two groups, the TP, ALB, G, and ALB/G of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion There are obvious variations in the laboratory indexes of WBC, PLT, APTT, TT, Fbg, total serum protein, albumin, and globulin in patients with dengue fever in febrile phase, which provide effective data support for the early diagnosis and follow-up treatment of this disease.更多还原
