【Abstract】 Femoral head fracture is a severe injury,rarely seen in orthopedic trauma.Pipkin’s criteria is the most commonly used one.There are controversies about treatment including operative approach and fixation of fracture fragments.With the appearance of biological materials,research on anatomy of hip joint was deeper.In addition, arthroscopic technique develops and there is more scientific and systematic rehabilitation exercise.This paper aims at summarizing treatment progress of recent years,especially current situations of rehabilitation treatment.更多还原
