【摘要】 目的探讨实施营养个体化供给方案对母婴体重的影响效果。方法选择在我院进行定期产检并进行分娩的宫内单胎妊娠初产妇166例,根据产检档案编号的奇偶数进行分组,分为观察组与对照组,分别予以营养个体化供给管理措施、常规产科营养管理措施,观察两组孕产妇体重增加情况、新生儿体重情况,分娩结局及孕产期并发症的发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组孕妇中的正常体重者、超重者以及肥胖者的体重增加值均降低明显,尤以肥胖者为最,巨大儿的比例以及剖宫产比例、妊娠期各并发症则降低明显,正常体重儿比例升高明显,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施营养个体化供给可较好的对于孕妇体重进行管理,降低巨大儿的出生几率,促进自然分娩,降低孕产期并发症的发生,从而促进母婴健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence effect of individuation nutrition supply on body weight of mother and infant. Methods 166 primipara with intrauterine single pregnancy, who were carried out periodical prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital,were selected and radomly divided into observation group and control group.To implement the management measures of individuation nutrition supply on patients in observation group,to implement the management measures of conventional obstetrical nutrition,to observe the increased condition of body weight of pregnant women,the body weight condition of newborns,the delivery outcome,the occurrence condition of complication during pregnant and puerperal period between the two groups. Results The value added of body weight in normal weight,overweight,obesity pregnant women had obviously reduced,especially obesity subjects,the proportion of macrosomia and cesarean section, the complication during pregnancy had obviously reduced,the proportion of normal weight had significantly increased in observation group compared with which in control group,the differences was statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Individuation nutrition supply could better administrate the body weight of pregnant women,reduce the birth rate of macrosomia,promote natural delivery, reduce the complication occurrence during pregnancy,to promote health of mother and infant.更多还原
