【摘要】 静态目标检测和跟踪一直是智能视频监控的重点。现有大部分的检测或跟踪策略都是基于单一方法,这使系统容易遭受到光照、遮挡和阴影等影响而检测不到运动目标或者发生跟踪丢失。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于混合跟踪策略的静态目标监控方法,包括遗留物检测和遗失物检测。遗留物部分依靠改进的SGM来检测运动前景,并使用基于八邻域法和自适应性的Camshift而改进的Meanshift算法跟踪前景物体,保证了系统的鲁棒性。而遗失物部分则将三帧间差分法和边缘检测算法结合,在提出的策略的基础上对不同情况出不同反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a static target monitoring method based on the hybrid tracking strategy,including the detection of abandoned object and stolen object. The part of the abandoned object is based on the improved SGM to detect the moving foreground,and using the improved Meanshift algorithm based on eight neighborhood algorithm and adaptive Camshift algorithm to track foreground object,this ensures the system’s robustness.更多还原
