基于交流伺服系统的变速箱电封闭加载试验台
Transmission Electrical-closed Loading Test Bench Based on AC Servo System
【摘要】 研究了交流电封闭加载技术,设计了FF系列手动变速箱加载交检试验台。构建基于西门子S7-317控制器、S120驱动器及3台交流永磁同步电机的伺服系统,实现扭矩平稳加载及转速的快速调节,从而模拟变速箱的实际工况。基于Win CC组态软件环境开发的监控系统,通过参数设置满足交检不同品种的变速箱的需求。结果表明,试验台满足设计要求,提高了变速箱试验的试验效率和自动化程度。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the realization of AC electrical-closed loading technology and designs the FF series MT gearbox test bench.Construction based on Siemens S7-317 controller,S120 drive and three AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system to achieve smooth load torque and speed accurately,quickly adjusted to simulate actual working conditions of the transmission.Based on Win CC configuration software,application development VBScript monitoring system,set the servo fixture position parameters and test parameters tables to meet different kinds of cross-check the gearbox needs.
