基于MAP库函数的立体仓库控制系统设计
Design of Stereoscopic Warehouse Control System Based on MAP Library Functions
【摘要】 为了提高立体仓库的响应速度和物料存放精度,设计了基于MAP库函数的立体仓库控制系统。以西门子S7-200 PLC作为控制核心,提出了一种MAP库函数和伺服定位技术相结合的精确定位控制方法 ,并采用组态王完成人机监控界面的设计。调试结果表明该系统运行准确稳定,人机界面友好,实现了参数设置、控制方式切换及系统运行状态的实时、动态显示。
【Abstract】 A warehouse control system based on MAP library functions is designed to improve the response speed of warehouse and material storage precision.Siemens S7-200 PLC is preferred as the control core.A method combining MAP libraries with servo positioning technology was proposed to accomplish accurate positioning control.Furthermore,monitored interface is designed by King view.Experimental work has proved that the designed system is accurate and stable,which could establish the parameter settings,control mode switching and real-time and dynamic display.
