【摘要】 汽车电子节气门装配线能够在同一条生产线上按照客户的要求生产不同型号的产品。以汽车电子节气门装配系统为具体应用背景,介绍了电子节气门的工作原理和电气系统的构成,描述了RFID的功能及典型结构,RFID技术与MES的集成。最后给出了信息追溯的具体的实现流程,整个设计实现了在生产过程中数据的采集、存储、交互,避免了在生产过程中容易产生的错装,以及料的漏装问题,影响产品质量和生产效率的问题。更多还原
